Connecting cultures since 2012

In 2012, so many things were different. Streetwear, for example, had not yet shaken the foundations of the fashion industry, changing it forever. Even Naples, the city in which nss magazine's adventure began, did not yet have the aesthetic status that is now recognized by magazines and journals around the world. Then as now, nss magazine's goal has always been the same: cultural hunting, trying to capture and share today what will become a phenomenon tomorrow. After its success in Milan, nssx is coming home. From Dec. 6th to the 15th, the dedicated newsstand is moving to Naples, in Piazza San Pasquale, combining once again physical and digital, merging the two souls that have always distinguished nss magazine's commitment. This is accompanied by nss's desire to celebrate the city that has always served as the inspiration behind the company and its media, and this homecoming aims to give back to the Neapolitan community a piece of that same inspiration.

«Celebrating in Naples feels both right and a duty. Reuniting with our local community after ten years of growth around the world, it means to mark a new starting point towards even more important goals» said Walter D'Aprile, CEO and Co-founder of nss.

Once again, 10 creatives, brands, and media were called upon to re-interpret their relationship with nss, encapsulating it into a t-shirt. All the shirts will be put on sale for the symbolic price of 10 euros, along with a range of accessories (including scarves, beanies, and socks) all bearing the nssx label. 

To mark the occasion, a block party will also be presented in Piazza San Pasquale on December 8th, a moment that will also be attended by the international media and talent who have contributed to nssx throughout the years.  Through a way of understanding media that has always been founded on collaboration, this artistic and educational ecosystem has led nss to collaborate with European, American and Asian entities over the years.
